Service Description
Reflected Wellness is now offering Direct Primary Care Services for children ages 6-17 with an accompanying parent/guardian enrollment. Please note that all services are self-pay, and we do not bill insurance. Experience personalized, high-quality care tailored to your needs. Initial Visit s $125. This includes a $50 Enrollment Fee and the 1st monthly payment of $75. Ongoing Direct Primary Care services are billed separately at $75/month.
Cancellation Policy
All telehealth visits will receive a test and email link a few minutes prior to their appointment time. Patients can join telehealth appointment via phone, tablet, or computer.
