Our Story

Reflected Wellness, LLC started as an outpatient mental and behavioral office in Pasco county Florida. We found during the pandemic that anxiety increased and access to mental health decreased. Our mission is to bridge that gap.

At Reflected Wellness we feature Certified Nurse Practitioners who focuses on providing an empowering, warm and open- minded environment to help clients take control of their physical and mental health needs.

Reflecting on your current situation and needs, as well as reflecting on past issues that have placed you where you are today is crucial to growth and recovery. We offer a safe space and provide care in an all-inclusive and non-judgmental manner. At Reflected Wellness we want to assist you in digging deep to chart a course for a brighter tomorrow!

We are able to partner with local therapists to refer as needed. Most clients benefit from a plan that includes both medication and therapy, and best options are discussed and offered on an individual basis.

On to the NEW stuff:

We are now expanding to offer physical health care as well!

Through a membership program called Direct Primary Care ( DPC) we are able to offer a self pay option for primary care, that leaves insurances out. If you do not have insurance, or you have a high deductible plan, then DPC may be for you.

We are also expanding to be able to care for you with acute care sick visits, physicals, weight loss, and more!
