Our Story

Reflected Wellness, LLC is an outpatient mental and behavioral office in Pasco county Florida. We want to focus on augmenting care with your therapist to provide a more integrated treatment for those wishing to improve their mental health. If you don't have a therapist, we can still help! We found during the pandemic that anxiety increased and access to mental health decreased. Our hope is to bridge that gap.
